i'm guessing our russian comrades didn't get the pilots guide binder then?

Think i'd prefer that to the girl calender

As far as I know, the calendar is not included into collector's edition.

lol I'm sorry but I don't care much for the gadgets (HUGE waste of time and money), I'd rather have the game..

Well, hopefully some of that money will go to the right place. That is my main reasoning for supporting the boxed edition. And as a general show of appreciation.

One might pause to consider the irony of a game that was initially intended for release in 2007, being shipped with it's own calendar.
