As Ubisoft has stated there will be a limited number of copies coming from the US, even if you have pre-paid the full amount, it is a case of first ordered, first served. In other words, even after all that and paying upfront I may still not get a Collectors Edition if not enough are bought in to fill orders. And so the saga continues....
whoa - where r u?

I honestly couldnt answer that as I don't work with the people who make those decisions. All I do know (as a result of asking) is the decision was based on demand in each region, I suspect based on past titles

Ok, even if Ubi wants to sell the CE only in the UK (and I'll just decide to not even address the reasoning there) that still doesn't tell me if a CE bought in the UK and shipped to me in the USA will have any kind of regional zoning crap.

Slightly understatement..a disappointment.... i'm flying to or take a ferry over to get an edition.......

Won't add up. If it is only available as exclusive in the Ubi specified countries....*censored*

you should analyze the current sales of IL-2 Sturmovik 1946 in Europe and the USA.
I think that IL-2 Sturmovik 1946 has more 'sold in Europe instead of USA
while the pacific fighter-IL-2 has sold more 'in U.S.A. rather than in Europe, only 'cause his name is called PACIFIC FIGHTER.
the U.S.A. sometimes they are too superficial and do not realize that the product goes for its technical merit and not just for the name.

In fact there are many peoples who have only pacific fighter.
they require com pacific fighter upgrade to version 4.10.
impossible before you buy IL-2 Sturmovik 1946 and then you can upgrade to version 4.10m

the produck CoD exit first in RUSSIA.
AFTER go in GERMANY in the center of EUROPE after from GERMANY go to ENGLAND north ITALY south and FRANCE east(SPAIN).
After the product from FRANCE and FROM ENGLAND go to AMERICA south america BRASIL ARGENTINA and north AMERICA U.S.A. CANADA.

I think that is so 'the evolution of the distribution.

I think that if we keep bugging them about selling the collecters edition to those of us that do not live in the U.K.,then maybe they will get the message.
"keep your heads on a swivel".
