But just one more thing- has anybody ever had to go through such hassle to buy a commercial product?

Ubi strikes me as one of the most incompetent companies I have ever had anything to do with. Are the a listed company? If I were a shareholder I would be dumping my stock as clearly this company has a very low opinion of it's customers.

Boostep have handled this very professionally, refunded order upon cancellation. Highly recommend Boostep customer service. Ubisoft take note, this is how a professional company takes care of its customers. Spoke to Ubisoft Head office who assured me that a LIMITED number of the Collectors and standard sets will be available through EB Games at an unspecified date. This is beyond a joke, what next......

I to have canceled my order with Boostep due to UBISCREW. Customer service is top notch at Boostep with all my email questions answered immediately (thanks Monika). I will totally deal with them again. Now UBISUCK on the other hand I just hope pull fingers out of each others 6 o'clocks and start repairing the damage they have done to this wonderfully game. I for one would be happy with a plain singed copy from Olegs office and a calender
