I wouldn't bother emailing them, I did and never got a reply about the Collectors Set. Ring them up and speak to someone who may eventually get annoyed enough to do something about it. But don't hold your breath....

They may if we can get something like 600+ Aussies & New Zealanders or just set up a petition. They cant ignore the numbers

If 10 guys on a forum yell "we want collectors", it won't do much

If 500 call them to place an order, they might change their minds.

Collectors are expensive for the publisher. It's a higher risk taken on inventory costs (think about unsold copies) for a lower margin (in %).
So if they think they won't sell many in a particular area, they won't offer it.

Yes it says so, but I hope it is possible to choose language in the game. As CoD also is downloadable, it would surprise me if they have more than one version with all languages included.
Anyway, I speak German as well as English
