As the announcement will be coming from ubi and not from OM, nobody, except ubi, can do more than, maybe educated, guesses.

I felt a great disturbance in the Flight Sim World, as if millions of voices suddenly cried out in joy and rumors were suddenly silenced. I fear something awesome has happened.

Not sure. These things tend to get a little muddled. Ubi seems to think the game is coming out in March. Oleg says this isn't true, but he thinks Ubi will make an official announcement this week. Ubi may not make an announcement this week... etc etc. Must be hard for the left hand to know what the right is doing sometimes.
