Thanks Uther. That was in part how I found it. (Iv'e got conf.ini files going back to 2004!) That and 35 minutes on Google! (none of the usual Il-2 Forums had anything about it.)

Yes that thing is like an Aprils Fool Joke hidden in the game .With the wrong conf.ini tweaks its possible to loose ALL reticles(lights) and have just a plain glass 'gunsight'!Weird,...
