The v4.10 Guide has been uploaded to Mission4Today. It is part of the Patch v4.10 documentation file.

(The v4.10m Documentation includes the updated Readme, 4.10 Guide, MDS Guide, and Historical Notes on Hs 129 documents.)
You will need to login to M4T to be able to download it
