I love flying the helicopter, it's very nicely made and there's still plenty to learn about controlling it. A nice challenge!

However I miss the ability to free look around, which takes away from an otherwise great flying experience. I believe this is not Gaijin's fault, just comes with the nature of helicopter flying, the limitations of the PS3 controller, and the incompatiblity of Track IR with the PS3 (and Playstation Move not being integrated for Headtracking in this game yet).

So while I'll pick this up for the PS3 (and hope my friends here will as well so we can play Coop games together), I'm also thinking of investing in a copy for PC and a Track IR with it. Would continue using my PS3 controller there (driver available for free at motioninjoy.com).

I hope the game supports free flying, since for me it's really the joy of flying the helicopter, not so much blasting ground targets...

P.S.: Just read on the yuplay forum that free flight will be available in all versions.
You can freely look around using the pad, by holding down the down pad button and then use the L3 stick to look around.

Main problem is that you won't be able to use the stick control while camming around, that could easily lead you crashing whilef lying very low
