Hello!
You should download one of my fixes, they're available in two top threads here. Choose either one with Russian speech, or one with just subtitles. There is no English speech available, unfortunately.

sneaksie, is the translation patch subtitling all the game already? if so you have done a superb job!

All scenario messages should have subtitles now. However, if you spot some confusing moment during a mission (or a briefing), report it and i'll see whether there should be a subtitle or not
