Scew your terms and conditions, I already made a better sounding jake for my personal use. LOL Jk anthony. I got one for ya if you want it. Anything is better then the crappy one thats in the game.

I found how to make new sirens and give the AI cars and trucks new better sounds, it may take a while to find the sounds on internet but it is easy

I already changed the police siren and it sounds 50000 times better now

You can also adapt more things like rain intensity etc...

Can you give us what you have thus far?

The sounds are easy to replace you just put your file in and rename it to what the files name was originaly or thats the way i think it is. And the wather and things is just in simple text files cant remember exactly but I think it;s INI files
