I have some problem about Perks

Heavy Fighter is a highly useful perk. Note that 'agility' in this case isn't the Agility stat, but rather the character's ability to move about on the screen. Wearing heavy armor without the Heavy Fighter perk pretty much leaves the character walking around instead of running, which makes it more difficult to get into an advantageous position on the battlefield.

Other perks that are handy in the first half of the game: Backstabber. Being able to do double damage on a strike from behind is great when you get more characters than just Boar, and when you get decent melee weapons such as the Chinese Sword or the Katana.
