I cant get any of the Aspyr links to finish downloading the 1.2 patch any other ways to get it?

WHERE ARE RUSSIAN PATCHES FOR NECROVISION???!!!!!
1C is a RUSSIAN Company - and there is no russ patches for the game!!! Well done!!
