Decided to post settings for my 5850 and 9.10 atioglxx.dll in game folder workaround: O.S WIN7 I7 920@3.9 CCC- AAx12 Adge Detect (x24 would have been even better "controling" explosions stuter but it is bit less smoother in cloudy cases) AFx16 Catalyst AI "Advanced" (yes for sure !!!)
