I adopted the dk pad 'dusting' scale and adapted it for my fingers! For the morning after I have 3 levels- thumbs creaking= heavy dogfighting session leaving little or no cartilage left; thumbs aching= good session, didn't kill as much as I wanted too; thumbs fine= went bombing instead!
