Im working w/ Paint.net atm. Havent tested alot w/ it past darkening tank skins w/ some levels settings. Only tank skin ive done so far is that 6th Guards one I have posted wherever it is and that was as simple as adding white lines to an already done ingame skin haha....no real skill involved in that one, which is why I did it
