No it was a prop powered aircraft.

Here is a model of it to get a better look.

Yep Messerschmitt Me 309, an attempt to replace the 109.

I think there were only about 4 prototypes constructed. It underperformed during trails and the Fw-190 was the better option at the time. Not that you would think it from playing Birds of Prey mind you.
