And what about the Russians? Look at your picture Soviet, it's a fast airplane with a round engine! No way the inferior Soviet engineers could have come up with that on there own. They must have copied Howard Hughes!

What? If you hadn't realized, most Radial engine planes have rounded off noses because the engines aren't straight, and if they were just flat (like early I-16s etc.) they just cause drag, rather making the plane more streamline.

funny- I didn't even mention the engine...start with the tail empennage, the wing planiform similarities...
nevermind, you've made your mind up already...

now as I believe it's my turn to set a plane pic to be identified you can jolly well shut up and pay attention
