No they're not Mirage's. Figured that out because I figured, they had to be some kind of Eastern European nation. Which during the cold war (which these jets seem to be from) all had that Soviet-esque look. Well they may not be directly Soviet produced, constructed, or planned out. But they are Eastern European. Which leaves me to my conclusion of calling them the Romanian IAR-93B

Which miraculously, wouldn't be such a bad jet to try and fly. I think, it was actually one of Romania's last home grown jets because afterwards, they mainly stuck with Soviet ingenuity like the MiG-21, MiG-25, etc.
