It's an entirely different group of opponents on the PC. |

I shot down 6x I-16 and 2 x I-153 with a Hurricane in a single 10 minute arcade game.
The I-16 and I-153 can't perform certain aerobatics, such as retournements (rudder hard over and elevators up with aerolons level), usually ending up in a tumble. It works for the Spitfire and Bf-109 just as well, but for best effect use a Hurricane. Both the I-16 and I-153 have zero armour, not that this matters as a retournment gives a good few seconds of shooting from above and behind with a good lead or target. If that fails, just lure them up high, where they're both slow and clumsey, and nail them. Like Foz say, skilled players treat both the I-16 and I-153 as either a nuisance or easy prey. |

To be fair though mate i could take a 747 into an arcade game and stand a good chance of winning. Arcade does let each plane have its individuality and what makes it great or bad. It makes every plane act the same - just gives them a different colour scheme or look. That aside, what your saying is true. |

I love dogfighting with fighters while in an ILx in arcade. Those forward guns are sweet.
