You mean the new MOD ?
Im sure it will include its own type of editor.
And if you know how to work around the original Editor then of course you can place your units and enemys where you please etc !!!!
By lan i mean i host my own local area game where i can setup a privte match on my own to play aginst myself blowing my own units up
