Sure, you could. it's just Photoshop's fancy name : Photoshop CS4 Extended. It costs quite a bit (but I didn't pay that... ssssssjt!!). To learn you can look up tutorials via google, works perfectly.

Half decent free image editing programs are Paint.net and GIMP (no seriously), google either and they're a small download.
Yes I am sugesting you google "GIMP"

you must be using linux then jareth ?? allways thought about installing it on my laptop but just not brave enough

shudders at the thought of what would turn up if i google gimp lol

Nope they both work on windows to, XP at work and at home.

Looking at this more, the red background is a little "intesnse" I will change that background color if you want..
