First you need to update your drivers to the lates,if i was you i would also update your directx & your codec's,here is a link to get some decent free codec's from.Also one more point,always turn off your firewall & anti virus,when updating your system's,especialy your graphic card drivers,as that can effect there proper installation.


One other point is your pc a notebook one,or normal as for your graphics card they both have different driver's which would effect how your pc works.
