It does kinda draw down for people without the net, but the B17 isn't that great anyway. Somewhere I think it was House? Who said it sucked. I haven't gotten it yet, but have gone against them in my La-7, and tore them to pieces! So don't worry about it to much.

it doesn't SUCK, but it does have some MAJOR flaws that are VERY disappointing.

if you dont have online then its uselss to you anyway so your not missing out, if you DO have online then it is the best bomber in the game, in spite of its HUGE flaws.

Sorry, it has some major flaws. I still like shooting them down with the good ol' La-7!! Hopefully I get it soon. (That is, when my PS3 internet connection is back up!!!)

I think the patch is fixing some of them.
