how do you adjust the sensetivity? (this may seem like a stupid question, but since i haven't had any problems with any other planes, i haven't looked into it)

can you have different sensitivity settings for different planes, or is it just one setting for all planes?

1 sensitivity for all planes. just the one in options menu, and it will be like you set it, and stay like that with every plane
