The Mistel is probably not set up for realistic operation.
It is likely to be beyond the IL2 game engine.

The Mistel guiding fighters did not have the standard instrument layout.
Controls in the FW190 were triplicated.
Throttles and gauges.
Plus the instruments for setting the fuses.

The Ju88 prop pitch, radiator, undercarriage and everything but the Ailerons and Brakes were controlled from the 190.

The Ailerons on the Ju88 were locked in position for the mission and wheel brakes were not used on the Mistel Ju88.

All these extra controls are missing from the in game Fw190.

most of the flight was at very low altitude ( under 300m )
About 5 or 6 Km from target, they would climb.
Attacks were launched from 750 to 800 metres altitude.
Aircraft separated at least 1.5 km from target.

Unfortunately I cannot find any specific information on operational speeds.

There is interesting information to be found on the Mistel in "KG200 the true story'' by P W Stahl.
