Spawns Disappearing

I make a map with airfields you can spawn at.

The spawns all work fine (select aircraft and fly from them) for about 30mins to 1hr, then half or more of the spawns disappear from the map screen you choose your spawn on.

Nothing was destroyed at the spawning airfield or aircraft carrier, but they will still disappear.

Seems to be the same ones that disappear every time.
