Spawns Disappearing

What causes this?

I set up a map I call a "Multi-mission Spawn Map" with several spawns, maybe like 10-12 on one side. Different areas for different missions.

And after about 30-60 minutes of play on the map most disappear.

I have several set up in different ways. Air starts and ground starts from the invisible runways, ground bases I build at default runway locations, and air craft carriers set as home bases.

I can't seem to figure out what is common in the ones that disappear, but it is across the board as to the type of spawn.

Nothing is destroyed or bombed by AI, the objects and bases are all still there just the spawn goes away.

Anyone else seen this?
