It the multi-lingual European one that was released today, apparently. It has 5 languages (English, French, German, Italian and Spanish. i think but i can't confirm this)!!
The game was relesed in Russia as two seperate game and didn't include the Japanese as a multiplayer nation, and was only in Russian.

gamersgate if you really can't wait. A few people on the Digitalmindsoft forum (link above) claim they've gotten it to work. if it doesn't you'll be processed as a pre-order which you can easily cancel
