Bug whit the AA ???

This is old things and not really a bug. Ships in mission are set in "sleep" mode so they don't shoot until they detect attack. To change this it is necessary to change mission templates. In one of our patches we made it possible for users to access and tweak QMB templates so you can change any QMB template to suit your needs.
