About Lurf and the iron flower

Hey guys,

I have two questions, which I hope you can answer:

1. About the Demon Lurf Quest - where is the lava-place to drop his hourglass? I mean the exact spot - is it marked somehow?

2. About the flower given to Olaf by the drone in New Kordar - what to do with it to complete the quest?

If you can help me, that'll be great.
