Yes and it isn't a hack either.

• Just go to 'Program Files (x86) > Steam > steamapps > common and then rightclick > cut.
  
• Then go back to the 'Program Files (x86)' and then right click anywhere and the then select 'paste'.
  
• This a takes a few minutes.
  
• Then go into the Clod folder and rightclick on the icon and then 'send to > Desktop (create shortcut)'.
