Are these crashes random crashes or are they happening in the same situation all the time? If the latter is true and you have a save game I could try it on my PC or you could try when you have disabled all mods you are using, if any. Just a precaution to rule out that a mod is to blame for the crash.

I always run without mods.

Usually happens when I am just walking around or flying around... then suddenly crash.

I try to go into dev mode, but it doesn't always show up or it seems to somehow magically alt-tab me back to the desktop with no message, then, I can go back into the game. (probably caught some exception).

It's not easily repeatable so I just reload the game and go on.

I suppose one could argue it is ram issues, but considering I have played over 900 hours of Diablo 3 with ZERO crashes, I doubt my machine just suddenly got "unstable".
