Is there anyone in the forums that has C.o.D running successfully on Windows 8
I'm thinking about installing windows 8 as a dual boot option but I need to know if anyone has "Cliffs" running on W8. Most of the posts that I can find say "NO" and a lot of information I can find says W8 is a complete flop with most games. I've found that .net 4.5 is ok as I'm running that on my W7 install wihout problems. At some stage in the future support for XP/ Vista / W7 will cease and we will all have to learn the new system. It also sounds like a lot of gaming developers don't like W8 at the moment, this is reminiscent of the crys about "Vista" after its launch, yet I never had any problems with it.
