The war will have absolutely NO affect on development and to think so is very unrealistic. Only if it became a war on or over Russian soil could it possibly cause Oleg and team problems and even then only if it was on Oleg's doorstep or turned into a global conflict. Other than that its going to be exactly like the USA/UK/CAN/AUS etc. etc. about Afghanistan and Iraq - have any of those countries had their computer programmers stop work because "the war is more important"? No, and again, to think so is just ridiculous tosh!
Argueing that the war is important is just a mute point - it has and will have nothing to do with the development of 4.09/SOW or the price of eggs!
So, please, uther, drop your point, it isn't usefull to the conversation at hand.

Back ontopic - has anything oficial been said about what "point" SOW must reach before 4.09 can be worked on?
I see that peopel are commenting on closed BETA but do we have any official words on that?
