Try http://www.7-zip.org/

This offers a 32 bit and 64bit program at the top in a box for rar files.

Select the version that is the same as your computer operating system.
XP mostly is 32bit [but can be 64 bit also]
Windows Vista is more likely to be 64 [but but can be 32 bit]
Windows 7 is most likely 64 bit

This 7-zip program should download quickly. It should not take very long.

Find it and install it onto your computer.

I assume you have downloaded the Cliffs of Dover patch to your computer also.

Sadly I have had problems with the launcher not working so I wish you better luck
