That would have needed some kind of advanced flight computer I think.
Not quite something that was present in WW2

Back then it was best to rely on the best flight comp available, the pilot.
I believe this technique, pulling up, and pushing the stick with your feet, was the most used by all pilots that ejected successfully (alive ) in extreme conditions during WW2.
