Perhaps you could post what you did, it could be of use to others.

I got from Steam and this site just put in "launcher hs stopped working" as a search.
Took me to steam,however i havent followed there instructions yet(of deleting most of there files) as clod seems to be stable at this time.
I have followed instructions on video settings,(x2 AA,and shader quality high as opposed to top setting)And on my Machine seems OK atm
