Hello & Welcome to the Forum.
 You may need to find someone with a similar Steam issue. The game is 2 years old now, and most members moved on. Is there a RNR forum over there at Steam, where you may get some help? I got mine through Impulse, so I can't assist you. Sorry.  On the main RNR Forum, below the Stickies, there are about 3 threads on the first page discussing RNR on Steam. Maybe one of those will have an answer to your problem.
