Refresh lines

Is anyone else getting intermittent refresh lines during the game particularly noticeable over sea and skies.

Have tried all sorts of combos of vsync, fps limiter and adaptive v-sync without any success

I dont seem to have any issuesn in ROF, bf3 - the only other games i play

Could it be a symptom of the beta graphics engine version - i cant see any other complaints of this nature?

Running latest nvidia beta drivers - setup in signature
