Ground targets, more populated aifields, traffic, trains etc!

Is it any way how to get more on the ground as airfield objects, vechicles, then more targets like various convois, tanks, trains, AAA, others things to look at etc. Currently I fly over France and get nothing apart form deserted villages!!!
