Partly I want to be able to run a third screen for work so a second 580GTX would be good but I read somewhere that the 680 can run up to 4 monitors. I think you're right about the VRAM though, my 580 has 3 gig and another one of those would be nice as I am sure the 2560x1440 resolution I use benefits from this.
