Hm does anyone gets a performance increase of nearly 100%??
I mean the devs stated that the ones with recommended rigs (which a vast amount of users here have) should experience roughly double the fps. Does anyone even get near to this?
Considering that only 50% of the people gets an actual increase (and then mostly at around 5-40% only) I am wondering how the devs get to such a conclusion?
Is something missing in this patch perhaps?
I know that this is more like a alpha patch to crush bugs and I am completely fine with it.... but IF all of these engine architecture changes made it into this patch and due to the fact that some eyecandy were shutdown (distant clouds, some particle effects etc) there should be an increase of at least more than 50% for MOST people...
I dont say that I am disappointed, I expected a buggy release, but honestly I expected at least a decent performance increase for the majority
