OK, I smell a rat! LOL

The narrator, a young British girl, is shipped out of the city (London?) as many other children were to avoid the Blitz. In her temporary adopted country home she mentions seeing reports of devastation in her neighbourhood on the telly. They even show an early model television in the video clip as she narrates this.

AHA!!!!!!!

According to Wikipedia, in the 1939 - 45 timeline, only major city centers in England had television service, certainly NOT on some distant country estate! I saw this on the internet, so it MUST be true!
