The main problem is that they're damned if they do, and damned if they don't. If they don't release info, they have today's situation: A buttload of bitching, whining and ranting on the boards.
But when they DO release info, it's more of the same since people's pet problem/issue isn't on the list. Until people learn patience, this will go on. And sadly, I don't think people are able to learn patience.
