With your PC best option is to concider overclocking your CPU,
because sim is processor dependent.
Your CPU will go at 3.5 GHz easy, and even higher if you got D stepping
( lets cal that newer version, because there is a C stepping )
You can see that with little tool Cpu-z.
I hope that you have some aftermarket cooler.

With settings you could put building details and forest down a bit,
and gain smoother gameplay.

Sad thing for you is that SLI is not working very well yet,
so I think it's better to run CloD with only one card,
but that will not be a problem on 1680 resolution.
