Are you sure is not some kind of drivers incompatibility or something ?
I had something similar in pastusing ASUS Plug&play keyboard with a Logitech mouse (and its own drivers to manage/set all its features) that caused me some troubles with the good old IL-2 Forgotten Battles.. i was unable to turn my view via mouse. Solved by using my mouse without logitech drivers. Dunno if it's the same issue in your case S!
