just a heads up, for some reason when i copied my squadmates one there, the game didn't pick up, but when we looked into it, we found another user.ini file here,

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\48361343\63950\remote

i copied it there and it works, i now have his custom loadouts
