Spray_n_pay, I also currently have the same problem as ronin and I used the MoW localization as well as the AS version when I saw that the former didn't work.
Additionally, I do not have the vietnam folder within my construction for some reason.. I unzipped all the files listed multiple times trying to fix it with no avail. If you could, can you please upload the vietnam folder? (I figure this would be the easiest solution now) Thanks -Sum1MustGetHurt
