Wish I could say the same - had tried replacing that whole folder, so that the game creates a new one on next launch, but it just fails the second time around (i.e. once the 1CSoftClub folder has been re-created).

Tried what you did (replacing the 1CSoftClub folder conf.ini with the Steamapps version [why are there 2 btw?!!!]), but no dice.

I'm buggered.

Now you're in, what's it like?
