Russian version.
Patch worked for me, performance MUCH better. Still stutters over london, but at least I can approach bombers and the game doesn't become a slideshow. I would say its a MAJOR leap forward, and its good to continue from here  P.S No menu option for epilepsy filter, perhaps its automatically now turned off? I don't know cause I had it disabled already before.
